Using the 2009.6 iso inside a virtual box I'm unable to boot into the default (X) desktop.
When I let the grub prompt timeout, to ensure I'm using the default I see the little dots marking the extraction of the kernel and os. But then it just pops to a text screen showing version info. No bootup happens at all. Using the text option... I can get booted... but far as I know there is no text based installer... is there?
