Thank you Rani ji for a further lead. I checked again on flowers of India and the web. My pic seems to match completely with Ottelia ovalifolia. There are about 20 species of Sagittaria, I feel the closest is Sagittarai rigida to my pic. I request your feedback for the same please. Thank you.
