On checking all the posts in efi site for both the species, confusion
remains despite the details and keys as above. This must have been
further compounded by being in cultivation for a long period.

Both Flora of Pakistan

and Checklist
of Nepal
<http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=110&taxon_id=200017779>
list *Jasminum elongatum* (Bergius) Willdenow as *Jasminum
amplexicaule *Buch.-Ham.
ex G. Don (This species resembles *Jasminum multiflorum* very much but
differs in its shorter calyx teeth and corolla lobes, and in its scentless
flowers. The venation of the leaves is more or less open in *Jasminum
amplexicaule* whereas it is closed in *Jasminum multiflorum* as per Flora
of Pakistan
<http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=200017779>)

Flora of Pakistan
<http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=116771> gives
the following keys:
16 (15)
<http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=116771#KEY-1-15>
*Flowers
fragrant*; cymes sometimes axillary or on dwarf Lateral branchlets. Calyx
fulvous-villous, teeth almost as long as the corolla tube. *Frequently
cultivated*   Jasminum multiflorum
<http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=210000873>
+ *Flowers scentless*; cymes terminal, Calyx pubescent, teeth of about half
the length of the corolla tube. *Rarely cultivated* Jasminum amplexicaule
<http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=200017779> (syn.
of *Jasminum elongatum* (Bergius) Willdenow)

However, some aspects appear to be contradictory to Flora of China
description.
