   Thanks for the initiative towards the translation quality testing tool
development.

The checkpoints look very nice as an initial approach.

 As Karunakar suggested, both the ideas of a fresh script or to extend the
existing tools look feasible, as these existing tools already have some
related features.

 If we choose to do a fresh script, may be I can come up with an algorithm
based upon the checkpoints mentioned. Possibly within a week I can put up
something that will be more defined about the ideas that I'm thinking about.


 It would be great if someone would like to help out with some ideas,
suggestions about further proceedings or any other help.
