brahmāṇḍa-purāṇa 3.43.70 atrinetraḥ śivaḥ sākṣād acaturbāhuracyutaḥ / acaturvadano brahmā śrīguruḥ parikīrtitaḥ // "Shri Guru is said to indeed be Shiva without three eyes, Vishnu without four arms and Brahma without four faces".
