Peter

Thanks for you comments.

I am maintaining a library of reusable software components. These components
can be classified into three distinct categories, distribution "A" is for
public who have account with us. Distribution "B" is for the STARS community,
who also have accounts with us. Distribution "C" is for U.S. government
employees and government contractors. Currently, I have 300 users on the
system but this will exceed a 1000 over the next 5 years. My solution
is to put distribution "A", "B", or "C" on directory ACL and make
accounts members of the groups i.e distribution "A", "B", and or "C".
This is the same strategy I use in AIX now.

Is there something wrong with approach ? If so, please tell me !
