And provides the dumb locks? I want the locks to be (re)moved. Paul Sander
convinced me that it is not good idea to remove it totally (even thought he
did not try to do that, but that is my conclusion from his posting that CVS
can do the locking in a smart way and still be the same good, or better,
CVS...)

They look text because they are text. To make them binary gets you in
trouble with the 'CR/LF' between Unix and Windows. The accompanied 'frx'
file is tagged binary, but the 'frm' file is a text, and I want it that way.

I just want to make that 'change' happening, but in the way to serve most of
