Fact: Adding more code to any code base makes it more complicated, more
prone to failure, and more prone to bugs. Adding code that's
distinctly at odds with the original design is dramatically more
likely to suffer from these problems.
Fact: I don't need, want, or would use locking.
Conclusion: Adding locking to CVS will make CVS worse for me.
Y'all can argue about it all you want, but unless you can change one of
those facts, my conclusion is still going to be the same. :)
