Yes, I believe you are correct with the first part (they use 1.10 as it is the last version to support the old wrappers). However, I am using Apple's tools quite happily with 1.11 and 1.12 (and I think anything later than Project Builder 1.0 no longer needs the old wrappers)


And what really worries me is that any new installation of the DevTools will revert a given cvs installation to 1.10 without warning. If I choose to upgrade my installation, it should not be downgraded.
