Anyhoo, the idea of integrating with CMU is great, but the whole reason I
started the SF thing is because I want to let the burgeoning Cyrus community
do what it can without disturbing the CMU folks who are busy coding and also
running a large installation.

Obviously if they don't mind providing access to the CVS/Bugzilla/FTP/Web
areas for non-CMU / non-core folks, that would be great, but I want to
continue to look at other alternatives because Larry and team might well
prefer to keep the official Cyrus project fairly tightly controlled, whereas
I'd like to see an informal, flexible, and only loosely controlled project
for non-core stuff like utilities and docs.
