Gnus somehow internally keeps every article read in memory, so if I go
to a group and open an article I have read previously in the same
session, it is not fetched over nntp again.

This makes for a nice, snappy user experience in most cases.

However some of the servers I use "abuse" nntp in the sense that
articles actually do change over time, so I want them requested anew
every time I read them.

The only way I have found I can do this, is to quit Gnus, start it
again, and then re-read the article.

Is there some variable I can twiddle to change this behaviour? I have
tried to find one, but failed.

Barring that, does anyone know which of the many variables and buffers
cleared by gnus-clear-system is the one that holds this information
(if any)?

  Best regards,

    Adam
