So now with the ability to create a progress report that ties into
standards and benchmarks with the gradebook in JMC (about 2 weeks ago
or so)--has anybody done that yet/will be doing this year? I played
around with it with my own daughter (so I wouldn't screw anyone else
up) and it seems to be what everyone had wanted. They can break down
math into the different benchmarks within the general "math" course,
all they have to do is link assignments they are already putting into
their gradebook with the benchmark. The "office" can design a report
card that is specific to grade levels and with a click of the button
and printing in the office, progress reports are ready to go home.
Am I missing something because I teach at the HS level . . .?
