Seriously, I would like to get one in my hands and see what it can and
cannot do. Then like Tim said, a tight plan on how to integrate it,
deploy it, and manage it.

All it would really take is a good plan for integration into the
curriculum and, as Chad said, a PO.  Ideally, though, I'd want to see
Apple expand their deployment and management tools to accommodate the
iPad (and the Touch, as long as we're on the subject).  Do that, and
it's cake.
