Hi all,
Our POST engine for our primary mail server decided yesterday to stop sending
out mail. Normally, on Tuesdays, we send out a blast of about 500k messages,
which iMS handles well. But yesterday, nothing seemed to happen. A couple of
odd data points:
* We load messages into iMS about 25k at a time. It can sometimes take more
than 5 minutes to load each set of 25k, but yesterday, it happened very fast.
That could mean a problem in the code that loads the messages into iMS, but I
haven't made any alterations to the code lately.
* The POST log, which is usually quite heavy on Tuesdays, was only 400k
yesterday, and is comprised mainly of entries like this:
Cleanup: Delete
D:\iMS\Out\FE32DD336C778C499F09A36887CB24B7_34BA01FE8E752A49B928AD18B9B5AC86.mail
Any help would be much appreciated.
