Okay, a little follow-up.
It would appear that *all* of the messages are sitting in the ims\out\queue
folder. There are about 156k files in the "queue" folder, and several hundred
files at the top level of the "out" folder. I have never seen this behavior
before. The logs also show a bunch of lines like this:
01/30/2008 12:05:20 AM Added 3 files to queue.
I am stuuuuuuuuuumped.
