Kym,
We are using FusionMail. I am not a 100% sure how we had this set up before
the IP change and firewall. We went from a public IP to a Private IP on the
iMS server. We are using MySQL as our DB. I checked the DOMAINS table and the
IPAddress field for my domain is blank and DomainType is set to 1.

In my Allowed IPs button on the SMTP tab, I have entered my new private IP
(both starting and ending) for the iMS box and the public IP (both staring and
ending) for the box as well.

In my Allowed IPs for on the Relay tab, I have the same settings that are in
the SMTP.

What u describe is happening. RCPT.CFM thinks my outlook is local. Since I do
a lot of traveling with my laptop, I am not even sure how I would set up iMS to
have my Outlook be local.

I really appreciate your help. As u can tell, I am not a network or email
admin. I am learning from this list and hands on.

Dave
