Ok, I lost sight of the picture.
Please check the following:
IMS Config Utility->SMTP->{Allowed IPs}(button)
Do you have any entries here? If not, enter the "Class C" address
range your outlook machines are at
(eg; 192.168.1.1-192.168.1.254)
The above assumes your Outlook machines and your IMS server are all
on the same LAN.

From Outlook no one can send to the outside. Only Domains that are
on our servers can they send to. But, if I log into iMS with
FusionMail Web Interface, I can send anywhere. I would assume this
would have to do with what Kym said about iMS not seeing my Outlook
as being local, but does see the Web Interface as local.
