Several months ago we released a small test tool that used the same RBL code as iMS. We now have a new version that uses the same new engine as the latest iMS SMTP Servers. Basically, the tool allows you to perform RBL lookups and see the results. Everything works internally as it does in iMS including the RBL caching so you can see the difference in test times after doing an initial lookup (subsequent tests on the same IP should show a 0ms lookup time if caching is enabled).
