Well, we don't have a standard, but if you want a tidy setup:

default.runlevel   : services we can survive without, like MTA
                     (things that users shouldn't touch).
system.virtual     : vital services and initialization stuff, like udev.
user.virtual       : user stuff.

Of course it's possible.
