Yes, I would be glad to make any changes.  But it looks like someone else 
already did

In my experience, it doesn't always.  Usually it does for PNG exports, but 
not always.  But it's putting an SVG on the internet using the background 
changed to opaque, where I most often see it (well, don't see it, the 
background color).
