Hi all I think it's time to set the clocks so we stop arguing about
nothing.

My general feeling first then some precise answers.

Both of you are cute and nice and since you mean well I am _not_ going to
start a stupid war with you or whoever.

Before I send my first mail to the list I did send a copy to Brian and
Asked him if it was OK to mail this to the list, which he agreed to
without asking me to rephrase it. You can ask him in a private mail. By
the way that's what you should have done with your reactions, send them to
me instead of polluting the ML with you pluses. Whatmore Brian can and has
answered the points I suggested so let's continue working towards
solutions as Brian did.

I belive The way Inline is run could be better. period. I believe that
Inline should not only depend on the availability, or lust of Brian or
yours or mine. This is a technical question so let's keep at the technial
level.

Good and you count as one, as I do. I have suggestion (that you must
respect). If they go through fine, if not fine. This is just a piece of
software, I am not loosing my cool over it.

Give me a break, I don't care who earns money and how much and when.I have
good pay and if Brian or you can earn money on a book, fine.

Brian writes that there is a schedule and I can ask ORA. ORA schedule is
for the book not for Inline, except if they are using it to write
programs. What is wrong with that? I don't use undertones. I either don't
care or make myself understood because I am not subtile enougth for
undertones.

So let start working on them. Also, my concern has nothing to do with
release frequency (even if small release on short schedule is better),
It's about how things are run. What suggestions did you like and which
ones did you dislike and why? Let's get this stuff running fast.

ah, finally something to construct upon. The answer to this is: No I don't
ask brian to become manager I ask him to open the devlopment so we have a
more efficient way of getting Inline better. Maybe we could share the
burden in a more efficient way so Brian gets more time for coding or
gardening if he likes to.

pick one of the following:
1/ I don't have time to baby sit you. I sit in front of my computer not at
united nations.
2/ Yes, you are right, I could be more diplomatic.

If anyone has personal griefs against me, we can take it privately to not
bother the rest of the ML.

Now if you guys could take another round and re-read my mails and point out
what you like and dislike and why (keeping in mind that I mean well) and
keep it at the engineering level, I'll be glad to work things out with you
because I, too, like Inline and want to see it grow.

I am already quite satisfied, The Wiki idea a very good starting point.
weather Brian did it because of my undiplomatic suggestions or because he
just wanted to do it or because he wanted me to stfu doesn't change a
thing.

Nadim.
