Can anyone take a look at SPECTRUM #77359 and tell me if it seems relevant?

It's talking about E15Ks, and SMS, and booting from disks, not CD's but 
the error messages are a match.

It seems that in that case somthing changed from SMS 1.3 to 1.4.1 that 
stopped 'Shortened boot paths' from working.

How can I tell if my U10 and SB100 are trying to use 'shortened boot 
paths'??? If so, how would I convert them to the 'long' versions?
