I see - I was confused then - by referring to the new installer, you mean the one selected in GRUB by default after you boot SXCE release - entry "Solaris Express Developer Edition" ? If this is the case, please note that this installer (referred as SXDE) is going to be obsoleted and will be no longer delivered with SXCE releases starting build 91. Appropriate CR is grub menu needs to be modified to remove SXDE installer for SXCE releases http://bugs.opensolaris.org/view_bug.do?bug_id=6706707 However, the successor of SXDE installer is now the one delivered with Indiana distribution, so it is possible that you can encounter the same problem when running Indiana installer. Could you please try installer in Indiana release and if the bug exists there as well, could you please file bug against Indiana installer (using the approach I mentioned in my last response) ? > >> The right category is the one already mentioned >> above: >> Distribution/opensolaris/install >> >> More information about how to report bugs for new >> installer can be found at >> >> http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/caiman/Developers/ > > Thanks for the details. I am sorry for the confusion - Indiana installer is not related to SXCE releases - it is being delivered only on Indiana LiveCD. Jan
