in that moment (jdk install into a device mapped in
memory) you need to have at least 384 MB ram (actual
check in a script).
it seems you have this, BUT, maybe is still too less
;(

to see what is happening you need to look in Solaris
install scripts.... maybe to try on CD/DVD in
Solaris_11/Tools/Boot (I don't know exact what is on
Intel arch install).
