I have made some minor format changes over the course of the releases to make the information more useful, especially for a chart. I still have on my to-do list to look into whether I can augment the Host Resources data with some of the UCD-MIB information for those using net-snmp in order to get more helpful processor load information.

This looks like the SNMP agent is running, but is not sending back Host Resources MIB information. If it is net-snmp, for instance, it probably needs to be recompiled and reinstalled with instructions to include the Host Resources MIB.
