We have about 40 Canopy SMs that we're probing with Intermapper. We have several SMs that are in alarm because they're report their re-registration count is too high. This is a hold-over from a recent Canopy firmware issue that caused multiple reregistrations, and is resolved now. Unfortunately, the SM probes in Intermapper as still showing this alarm.
Where is this statistic stored? How is it computed? How can I clear it?
