[IM-Talk] Server migration

I'm in the process of migrating from one server to another (Different 
platforms).  Does anyone know of an easy way to do this without losing all 
of the notifications, etc?  Importing/Exporting maps are the easiest but I 
don't see a way to move all the notification groups over (and keep their 
settings in the map) let alone all the normal preferences.  Am I missing 
something fairly easy or am I just stuck with a load of manual work/human 
errors?
