just got back from a week vacation............

As I described previously, our main monitor has seven screens.
Six of the screens are important maps of remote "offices"

On the seventh screen are 3 charts of the most important "offices" for their
bandwidth usage.
They are sized to simultaneously display on that screen. So one chart from
each of 3 maps on the same screen.
However, their parent maps are live on another screen...............

I had similar behavior on OS X. Usually a restart of IMRA solves it.

On a related note. Is there a way to display graphs from different maps
simultaneously? I mean, if I open some graphs from a map and then open a
different map (without closing the first one), the graphs that were opened
from the first map disappear until i bring the first map to the front.
In other words IMRA can't display two graphs from two different maps at the
same time.

I just installed 2 of these about 2 hours ago with no problems.

One of them has 7 monitors hanging off it with a map on 6 and 3 graphs on
the 7th.

Since you mention java - make sure that you have the latest java running -
which is 1.6 update 6 at the moment.
Java is really important.

To downgrade just install your last working code.

All - has anyone else had problems with the latest version of IM Remote not
showing any windows after launch on WinXP?

I start up IM Remote; I see the splash screen, which eventually disappears.
After that, there is no indication of IMRemote running. In the windows task
list, there is an instance of javaw.exe that appears to be tied to it.
Until I
kill that process, I can't even get the splash screen.

I've reinstalled it several times, after which it works once. Subsequent
launches fail in the same manner.

Anyone else having this? Is there a downgrade available out there that I
can
use to try to troubleshoot it?

Thanks,

Tony
