Hi Xavier, InterMapper does not currently alert on interface traffic thresholds. This is a commonly-requested enhancement that will be considered when changes are made in this functionality.
In the interim, there is a user-contributed High Traffic probe on our website. This probe will provide a notification when traffic on a certain port/interface exceeds thresholds and give alarms when that interface goes down. You can download the probe from this page: http://dartware.com/support/users/probes.html Regards, Janice Losgar Dartware, LLC -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Xavier BENSEMHOUN Sent: Thursday, August 28, 2008 10:27 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [IM-Talk] How IM could alert when the load of an interface run over X% during Y minutes Hi, We would like to know if IM could alert when the load of a link run over X % during Y minutes. If so, the X & Y values should be configurable and IM should alert even if the use is <Y minutes but everytime. Best regards, Xavier BENSEMHOUN. ____________________________________________________________________ List archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/intermapper-talk%40list.dartware.com/ To unsubscribe: send email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ____________________________________________________________________ List archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/intermapper-talk%40list.dartware.com/ To unsubscribe: send email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
