Is there a way for InterMapper to display a type of device it's monitoring in the list view (or list view on the web server)? It would awesome if SNMP probes could pull down the model of the device and serial number and display that in a separate column in the "device list" view. My primary interest is in Cisco probe like "cisco - process and memory pool" probe but I'd hope more probes would be updated to show that info in the future. Also, in case of user written probes it would be nice if we could display a value that we received from SNMP in a column in the "device list". E.g. a very nice probe for 3750 stack pulls down a S/N, but the only way to see is to show that status window for that device.
I'm pretty sure that is not possible today, so I'd like to submit that as a feature request. -------------- Andrey Khomyakov | Senior Network Engineer | +1.617.879.5945 Confidentiality Note: This e-mail, and any attachment to it, is intended to be confidential and might be legally privileged.
