I think the three folks understand the sense of urgency to figure this out. They've done a lot of hard work over the past few months to get to this point. I think we're at the last 10 FT now and hopefully within 2-3 days they can come to an agreement. As I mentioned Dmitry is already OK with the current proposal and I think with some additional input from Greg we can figure this out.
