Guilherme, The v0.5 RFC vote is NOT ending today, but rather on EOD of the 25th. Anthony put in the text saying that the vote will end no sooner than when the vote for the competing RFC will end, and that's March 25th.
I hope we do get a chance to vote on the Basic RFC.
