This would get a +1 from me as well, if I were capable of voting. The linked CoC draft is one of the most fair ones I've read. While I don't see any harm in requiring a larger majority (since I can't foresee any rational argument against this cropping up), if there are toxic people that feel threatened by these terms, they might try to rally other toxic people to kill this initiative.
