Do you have multiple keycodes for one of the keysyms mapped to Mod4? If so, that could be the problem as described in the bug report I linked to. Otherwise, can you send me your modmap? (both 'xmodmap' and 'xmodmap -pke', so I don't have to start copying stuff over unnecessarily if the problem is easily spotted...) -- Tuomo
