To get going with node.js (iotivity-node) on Windows, I would suggest you start
from the top-level README.md file in https://github.com/otcshare/iotivity-node.
The installation section [1] contains information on how to get things set-up
(not sure of the minimum requirement for Microsoft Windows itself though) and a
video tutorial walking you through those steps is also available on YouTube [2].
