The plan is to use one of these web based things to provide: (a) a shared CVS repository others can use (b) a bug tracking system I don't have the time to do or maintain this myself and I'd rather not ask anyone else to do it (even if they offer) as there are already web sites like these that provide all of these services in a "robust" fashion.
