Minid,
I really like the look of the Universal iPhone Kit - nice work!

However, I've been concerned about how the AGPL would apply to
applications built using the Universal iPhone Kit. I like and respect
the GPL, and definitely want to follow any obligations.

If I build a tip calculator using the Universal iPhone Kit, does the
AGPL license require that I publish source code to

1) the tip calculator, or
2) just modifications to the Universal iPhone Kit code?

That is, is the tip calculator a "work based on" the Universal iPhone
Kit?  I'd love to hear your intent, and any comments from legal
experts...
