Just the modifications. It is ment for assuring everyone is sharing the framework code. You dont need to share any server side code. You can share just the CSS modifications and HTML structures so everyone can profit the new structures.
Figuring out that, if you dont want to share them, anyone will be able to copy them anyways cause it's CSS and HTML output. I just use AGPL just to protect everyone. That's all, nothing to fear. As well, if you do modifications, you need to: - Put a citation about you're using the framework. A direct link to the modified version of the framework somewhere (it could be in the about section) and thats all you need. - If someone uses your modified version, you can inquire that person to respect the framework policy and put the modified versions as you did so you can enjoy his modifications and we all can do that too.
