No problem.

Phonegap allows native APIs to be called by *interpreted code*
(Javascript) loaded from remote sources. This clearly violates section
3.3.2,

Your taking a risk if your app allows interpreted code to call native
api's. Yes I know this is kind of stupid, but its the price we pay for
being developers.

Just using phonegap is not an automatic rejection, Apple reviewers are
looking at specific techniques used, so it is possible similar apps
from the same author could experience differrent treatment.

Qcconnect is safer to use.

Better yet don't use any of these and just  follow the standards of
the api.
