[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 19 October 2014

       Slight traces of Japanese noted this morning on 693 and 774 khz, 
both around 1330 UTC.  Not much, but more Asian audio than I've heard 
for a week.   I happened to notice in a couple of my reports back in 
August I referred to a particularly good signal as "almost 
October-like".  The way this season has been going I should be referring 
to any decent signal in October as "almost August-like"!
