Thought they were just, as once called to my annoyance, 'filler comps'. Well, if they were under the auspices of the Fed, shouldn't the breeches rule be enforced? I'm not trying to score points or argue here, i'm actually asking for clarification. Can anyone from the Fed clear this up?
