Bhutta Sb.,
It is shocking to read your accusations (point 1 & 2)
Do not misrepresent. Your statement that PTCL was ready to bring down the
rates to $ 10,000/- is not correct as you are presenting. This was an
informal statement by one of PTCL official that the rates can be brought to
$ 10 K for ISPs if the minister takes back his rates announced for Software.
Do you think that the minister would have taken back his decision. PTCL
tried to use you against the minister as well as Computer Society of
Pakistan and you played in their hands doubting even your own friends. The
participants in the meeting were are learned and could judge the situation
better.
You are making a serious accusation, challenging the integrity, showing the
mistrust on the participants of the meeting. Remember unless you have
learned colleagues from ISPAK, you alone are not able to present the cases
in a professional manner. All the successes were not because of you but
because of collective effort.
I could never think that you will come to this level. I had lot of respect
for you but you are losing it.
Regards
Ahmad Nadeem Syed
