That is not 100% backup. It will be a full backup, but the segment five
will not be restorable, and they will put up a 34MB Sattelite, which is
again not 100 %.

So if there is any problem in segment five which is 650 KM long, we will
only have 34 MB against a traffic of 155 MB.
