Two actions must be taken right away.
1. The STM1 circuit should be fully
restorable.
2. The Karachi- Djibouti segment should be backed
up with on demand 5 X E3 (5 X 34 = 170MB) satellite capacity. It will be
expensive but since it is not a full time need it should be
affordable.
Can we push MOST and PTCL to do a patch up of what
has already happened and move on to a better design.
