Let us to review the
situation in Executive Committee to have single opinion from ispak to get
maximum benefit. I would request to Secretary ISPAK to include this achievement
in the agenda. It will be better if the copy of the order is provided to Sectary
ISPAK to circulate among members for careful study. We have to be
most careful otherwise it can back f ire. Please accept my congratulation
