Fix For: 4.19.0
Now that we upgrade to SB 4, we should start upgrading dependencies in our core
camel. We need to move Kafka to 4.x, SB 4 uses 4.2.x, Quarkus uses 4.1.x, my
selection is to go with 4.2 at this stage, because I think quarkus will align
soon.
