Sorry, I must have had a stale dependency when I tested yesterday.
I was wrong: Setting {{camel.micrometer.observability.trace-processors: true}}
has {*}no effect{*}. The traceId and spanId are not available in the MDC
context for logging, and the trace created programmatically using e.g.
{{{}Observation{}}}{{{}.createNotStarted("span-name",
observationRegistry){}}}{{{}.observe(...){}}}
have the wrong parent traceId. This only happens when no existing trace is
propagated via traceparent.
I have updated the attached sample project with additional tests, which I hope
clearly shows the problem.
