Pull request: https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27976 - tests for the chat
with tools of LlmClient (used by camel ask) against a local server playing
Ollama, OpenAI-compatible servers and Anthropic, and fixes for the bugs they
found: a failed streamed answer printed the error on stdout (now stderr), a
failure without a message printed null, and tool-call arguments given as a JSON
object by an OpenAI-compatible server were dropped.
