Pull request: https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27980 - found while testing
camel cmd receive: the receive dev console failed with an
IndexOutOfBoundsException on a dump with nothing received (or nothing since the
last dump), which the CLI connector does all the time; it dumps an empty list
now.
