Description:
There's broad support and consensus for [moving our community chat room(s) from
Mifos's Slack workspace to
Matrix|https://lists.apache.org/thread/7mvvxs20r3n9oqkbncm74wfxlyq92ll1]. This
issue is to capture some related doc and project website changes.
▶️ update current Slack chat: e.g. redirect people to new Matrix chat,
deprecate/archive/close Slack chat, etc.
▶️ update [Readme|https://github.com/apache/fineract/blob/develop/README.md]
and [contributor
guide|https://github.com/apache/fineract/blob/develop/CONTRIBUTING.md]
▶️ add chat link to [project website|https://fineract.apache.org/]
▶️ update
[FAQ|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=91554327]
▶️ disable [Mifos Slack Chat Archive|https://github.com/mifos/chat-archive]
(the [archiver|https://github.com/apache/fineract-chat-archive] only supports
Slack. We may eventually wish to create an archive for the new Matrix chats,
but it's way easier to export all data from Matrix so there's no rush)
